What you will get to do:

– Own lead generation for a list of targeted organizations and develop your own successful pipeline

– Generate new sales opportunities via Cold calling, direct emails, and social networks

– Identify the Decision makers (CMOs, VP, Director, etc.) and nurture relationships

– Match the customer to the right solution through needs analysis and help guide them through the sales process

– Prepare and present powerful, persuasive sales presentations to effectively demonstrate the value proposition of our products

– Respond to RFP’s and support in the development of new business proposals

– Manage prospective client database through a comprehensive CRM

– Negotiate with the prospects and close deals

What do you need to make an impact:

– Educational Qualification – MBA and a Bachelor’s degree from a highly reputed college

– 2-4 years of business development experience

– Cold-calling experience to the North American market

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to establish relationships and close sales

– Prior experience in the US Health Insurance market preferred

– Self-motivated with a good sense of time management

– Experience or comfort with a start-up culture where everyone plays a pivotal role

– Positive attitude and the belief in new technologies & data science
