What you get to do

  • As a client partner, you will work with our client to provide thought leadership on appropriate marketing analytics initiatives and high touch customer service
  • Act as a SPOC for client teams and coordinate the priorities and deliveries with the offshore team
  • Project streams include: ongoing support for the Marketing analytics team, Custom datawarehouse development for Digital analytics, Market Share reporting & Analysis for International markets, and Price & Promotion simulation and optimization tools
  • Workstreams include the typical lifecycle of a Analytics projects: Integrate and harmonize data from various sources, support Statistical Modeling including; data preparation, modeling, & commercial validation of results
  • Work closely with the statistical modeling team to resolve business issues
  • Prepare the final recommendations and results in a management deck
  • Increase our footprint at client , by understanding client landscape & analytic requirements. co-ordinating with business development teams to ensure Mphasize participates in all relevant RFP processes and creates the necessary collateral / POC required to win the contracts
  • Your KRA will be on Client Satisfaction, and account growth & profitability

What you will need to make an Impact

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in CPG Marketing analytics
  • Hands-on experience in working with datastreams used in CPG industry: Syndicated data, Shipment data, pricing and promotion data
  • Specific experience in manipulating IRI or AC Nielsen syndicated sales information
  • Exposure to modeling /BI techniques as required for CPG clients
  • Excellent Communication & presentation skills
  • Project Management skills
  • MBA Degree in Marketing from Tier-1 institute
  • Past consulting experience is a plus
